The $90mn peaking plant is jointly owned by Hoosier Energy and Wabash Valley Power Association. Construction began in Sep 2003 and required about 350,000 manhours. The plant is connected to the local 161kV grid. It is located on a 20ac site adjacent to Hoosier Energy's Worthington Substation in Greene Co. The plant is connected to the local 138kV grid.
