Quick facts: This IPP in Chokwe, Gaza, was designed to use Mozambique royalty gas. ADC completed the due diligence and acted as owner's project manager for investor Enventure Partners. Financial close was in Jan 2016, construction began in Jun 2014, and the project was declared complete in Dec 2015. Unfortunely, gas supplies were not yet available.

Quick facts: This project was ordered on 4 Jul 2011 and inagurated on 10 Jul 2013 as the largest gas-engine power station in Africa. The complete turnkey project is at Sasol's main works at Sasolburg, south of Johannesburg. The plant is at 1,500m elevation and will be run by Wartsila under a 3yr O&M agreement.
