Lebanon County Landfill New Location: PA Operator: PPL Corp Configuration: 2 X 1.6-MW Operation: 2007 Fuel: landfill gas E/G supplier: Caterpillar EPC: Ganet Fleming/MacKenzie Corp Quick Facts: In Oct 2007, Greater Lebanon Refuse Authority and PPL Corp dedicated a new, 2.5-MW power plant at the landfill to replace the old engines.
