Chasnupp-1 Location: Pakistan Operator: Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission Configuration: 1 X 325 MW PWR Operation: 2000 Reactor supplier: China National Nuclear Corp T/G supplier: Shanghai EPC: Ministry of Nuclear Industry, Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute Quick facts: This was China's first export reactor project. Construction started in Aug 1993 and operations began in Sep 2000. The site is on the Indus River.

Chasnupp-2 Location: Pakistan Operator: Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission Configuration: 1 X 325 MW PWR Operation: 2011 Reactor supplier: China National Nuclear Corp T/G supplier: Shanghai EPC: Ministry of Nuclear Industry, China Zhongyuan Engineering Corp Quick facts: This is a sister unit to Chasnupp-1. The contract was signed in May 2004, ground-breaking was on 8 Apr 2005, and first concrete was on 28 Dec 2005. Chasnupp-2 was connected to the grid on 14 Mar 2011 and declared commercial on 12 May 2012.

Kanupp Location: Pakistan Operator: Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission Configuration: 1 X 137 MW PHWR Operation: 1972 Reactor supplier: Canadian General Electric T/G supplier: Hitachi EPC: Canadian General Electric Quick facts: Kanupp was extensively refurbished in 2002-2004 and is the oldest Candu-type reactor still in operation.
