Quick facts: In Nov 2009, MARL Energia completed a 6-MW rooftop PV
installation at MARL SA, a large wholesale food complex in Lisbon. This
€31mn installation is reputed to be the world’s largest urban facility of
its kind. There are a number of investment funds with ownership stakes in
MARL Energie.

Quick facts: The Moura project went online in Dec 2008. The 250ha site is in Amareleja near the Spanish
frontier about 200ikm southeast of Lisbon. In 2009, Mitsubishi Corp agreed
to acquire a 34% stake in the project from majority owner Acciona SA. The
total project cost was €261mn. Expected annual
output is 93 GWh.

to maximize production. Construction began in Jun 2006 and was completed
to schedule in Jan 2007.
