Castelnau Pégayrols Location: Aveyron Operator: Terravent AG Configuration: 7 X 2.3-MW E70 Operation: 2008 WTG supplier: Enercon Quick facts: In July 2011, Terravent AG was founded by five Swiss power companies, AET, EKS, EKZ, ewl and SN Energie, and energy trader EGL. Studies at the site began in 2003 and the park was inaugurated in Nov 2007. The towers are 80m tall and the blade diameter is 82m. Annual output is expected to be about 21 GWh.
