Quick facts: This plant is in Tomamae-gun, Hokkaido. Construction started in Oct 1999 and the park was completed in Dec 2000. Stockholders are EPDC, Tomamae Town, ORIX Corp, and Kanamoto Co. At completion, this was the largest wind park in Japan. All electricity is sold to Hokkaido Electric Power Co.
