Quick facts: The Trehørningen plant is in Hamar.In Dec 2008, Eidsiva Bioenergi AS contracted Babcock & Wilcox Volund for this CHP. Alstom was hired for the flue-gas cleaning equipment. In addition to electricity, the plant supplies district heat and process steam to an adjacent factory. Design throughput is 9t of MSW/hr. The new unit was commissioned in Aug 2011.
